Cindy brings a collaborative, curious approach to problem solving, drawing on both sharp analysis and creative thinking to craft solutions that are grounded in place, and shaped by the people they’re for.

With more than a decade working across government and consulting in Australia and the UK, Cindy has advised on policies and programs in social services, health and education. She brings a strong foundation in strategy, impact measurement and evaluation, always balancing the big picture with attention to detail, and making complexity feel accessible.

When she’s not working, you’ll find her hiking, reading, or experimenting in the kitchen. Cindy lives and works on unceded Gadigal land.
