Portfolio Analyst – Social Finance

Selina brings analytical precision and a deep commitment to sustainability to her role as Portfolio Analyst – Social Finance. With a background in accounting, data analytics and financial management, she translates complex information into clear insights that help organisations make stronger, impact-led decisions. Originally from the Netherlands, Selina has worked in sustainability consulting and impact investing, most recently as a senior consultant at ERM Energetics. She’s also a Certified Management Accountant and volunteers with the Climate Centre, where she helped set up financial reporting systems.

Selina is driven by a belief in the connection between people, nature and community. She wants to help redirect capital toward projects that build a fairer, more sustainable world. Outside of work, you’ll find her hiking, snorkelling or experimenting with vegan recipes. Selina lives and works on unceded Gayamagal land.
